It’s a nice store, well organized and clean. They have a great selection of national and international wines and beers. Regarding the wines they have three sections: vintage, walls and shelves, and they are classified by color, type, Region, body and astringency (dry sensation in the mouth). When coming to the prices, they have a wide range of prices $$-$$$. They also have a nice selection of other liquors like sake, cognac, whiskey, brandy, rum, etc. The service is good, the crew is very attentive and they will help you find what you need.

Friday, August 11th at 9pm. Rudest manager ever. Tried to return a gift, they accuse me of buying it from duty-free ... really snarky, ride, put off, and not customer friendly at all. I have been going to this LCBO for the last 14 years, very dissatisfied with this establishment, would NOT recommend. Manager should go to customer service classes and and attitude adjustments for good measure. She all but ruined the box my item came in, shoves it off to me, then turns and leave like I have the plague.

This was my first visit to this location. The man who cashed me out had made insensitive remarks to the couple in line ahead of me and had made insensitive remarks about the purchase I made. He could been more tactful with his words when expressing his dislike in the choices clients make. Horrible customer service.

New update. Just picked up an online order, with same day pick up. I arrived before the order was ready, but the staff was excellent and fulfilled it while I waited. Simply excellent. ************************* The LCBO in Aurora on Bayview is simply amazing...open til 10pm...I mean talk about being a life saver if you need your "Nectar of the gods" Touché LCBO! Touché!
